Pecan Praline Crunch

Stir together 8C Quaker Oats Square Cereal or Chex Cereal, add 2C pecan halves in a 13x9 pan. Melt 1/4C butter, 1/2C brown sugar, 1/2C Praline Mix and 1/2t (teaspoon) baking soda. Heat until boiling, gently cook for 2 minutes. Pour over ceral and nuts. Stir to coat well. Bake at 250 for one hour. Stir mixture once during cooking. Spread on cookie sheet to cool. Make a batch for a hostess gift.
